Paul Guditis is a former airline pilot with American Eagle Airlines and has experienced the stress in a corporate environment. As a young captain and with 4000 hours of flying time, he experienced the effects of stress on his crew, and in his own body. “Massage was a necessary part of my regime, as well as exercise to help combat the rigorous flying schedule. A lifesaver is probably the best word for it.” Later on he became a licensed massage therapist in Los Angeles with an emphasis on Reichian body work, and Core Energetics, a system of loosening up character armor and defenses, built up in the muscles of the body during a lifetime of experiences and trauma. Paul’s vision as an ex-pilot is to help people release muscular tension and help prevent the toxic effects of stress in the work environment and in life. He has been a therapist for 14 years.

Kathy Eliopolo, a graduate of Catholic University in Washington D.C., initially directed theatre in Virginia and segued to the corporate world in Los Angeles in 1984. Her administrative staff experience with AT&T Public Relations and later Major Market Sales gave way to The Walt Disney Company in 1992 in the corporate tax department.

Yet it was Kathy’s account managerial experience with Chase-Durer watch company in 1996 that gave her strategic experience with direct sales both nationally and internationally.

Additionally, she is certified in Reflexology, Swedish Massage and Acupressure and has 20 years experience in water fitness training with the Hollywood YMCA.
